At Scicon Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Scicon Sports packaging, ensuring all tags, protective films, and accessories are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
